Dream Destination giveaway is part of Altura’s year-long 60th anniversary celebration
(Riverside, Calif.) May 25, 2017 – Robert Lopez, an Altura Credit Union member from Moreno Valley, was the first winner in the credit union’s “Visit Your Dream Destination” giveaway. The vacation giveaway is Altura’s way of thanking its members as it celebrates its 60th Anniversary. Lopez, who has been a member for a year, is thinking about taking his winning trip to Hawaii or Cancun.
Three finalists for the May drawing were set to open small suitcases to reveal the winner of the top prize. Lopez was the first to flip open the suitcase, and was shocked to find he won. “It was hard to believe,” he said afterwards.
“We have many activities planned this year to celebrate Altura’s 60th anniversary,” said Jennifer Binkley, Altura president and CEO. “It is especially important to us that we recognize and thank our Members. This dream trip giveaway contest is something we thought everyone would enjoy.” Lopez won the first of four dream vacations Altura will award this year; one each quarter.
