Skip-A-Pay

During these difficult times our priority is to be there for you and assist in any way we can if you are affected directly by the coronavirus (COVID-19).

No matter if you are affected by contracting the virus, being laid off, or furloughed from work, we have resources that we can provide to you in order to ease the financial burden that this may cause.

Altura’s Skip-A-Pay product allows you to skip payments on the following loan types for one month. At this time, we will be waiving the fee associated with this product. This will allow you to keep more money in your pocket during this difficult time.

Loan Types

  1. Auto
  2. Credit Card
  3. Motorcycle
  4. RV
  5. Boat
  6. Signature Loan
  7. Share Secured Loan

Please fill out the form below and submit your request to set up a Skip-A-Pay and we will complete the process with you electronically via e-mail.*

Due to the high volume of Skip-A-Pay requests, this process is taking longer than anticipated. Please log in to online banking to check your due date status. Please be assured that your Skip-A-Pay request will be processed even if your loan due date shows past due. We appreciate your patience as we work to serve each Member as quickly as possible.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you are currently experiencing financial difficulty. We have team members that are ready to assist in any way they can. Call us at 888-883-7228 or chat with us here on our website or through our mobile banking app: iOS | Android

As a reminder, you can access your finances 24/7 through our digital channels.

Together we can help you and our local community get through this difficult and trying time.
