If you have an Altura Honors Checking account or a Wealth Builder Checking Account, you qualify for free custom Altura checks. You can also get 25% off any order of personalized checks.

You can log into your online banking account and select “reorder checks.” While you’re there, you can browse the many styles and accessories or just click and order. Many customers think this is the most convenient way to reorder checks.

What Information Do I Need to Be Printed on My Checks?

It’s important to be cautious about the information you’re including on personal checks to protect your identity. You must include your name and address. However, you are NOT required to include your phone number or driver’s license number on your checks. If a merchant wants this information, you can simply write it on the check.

What is an eCheck?

An eCheck (aka an electronic check) is an easy, paperless way to make payments online. To use an eCheck, you’ll need the same kind of information you would find on a regular check, including your routing number, account number, and address. After the payment processes, the money will be withdrawn from your account. EChecks are even faster than traditional checks! There’s no paperwork, and the merchant doesn’t need to go to the bank to cash your check.

What Do I Do if One of My Checks or Checkbook is Lost or Stolen?

If one of your personal checks or your checkbook is lost or stolen, your account and your identity may be at risk. The key to protecting yourself is to act fast. Contact Altura Member Services at 1-888-883-7228 and ask them to place a stop payment on the check numbers that are missing.
