We Create Rewarding Relationships
Altura bases its business ethics on five core value principles:
Altura is headquartered in Riverside County. The Inland Empire is not just a profit sector or region, it is our home. Altura‘s Board members are local leaders who volunteer their time and are deeply committed to the community.
Our senior management is committed to making decisions that will better our community and our members for the long-term. Even in challenging economic times, our capital and assets continue to grow.
We re-invest into the community to provide more convenience to our members through branches and ATMs. We support the community and education with sponsorship opportunities and direct scholarships to local graduates.
Statement of Purpose
As Altura Credit Union harnesses the power of technology and takes full advantage of all it offers, we must retain the warm, human touch for which credit unions have become known. We will overcome the coldness and indifference of our efficient machines that could become a threat to the very people they are meant to serve – our members. And, as we empower each man and woman in this credit union, releasing their personal creativity, their knowledge, and their ambition to deliver The Altura Way, we will ensure a warm and positive Altura Credit Union experience to every member, every time.
