Skip-A-Pay: Options in Your Time of Need: Altura’s Skip-A-Pay product allows you to skip payments on the following loan types for one month.

Mobile Banking Sign-Up

With the recommendation for social distancing, having access to your account through your mobile device is more important than ever. If you haven’t signed up for our mobile app, it’s a super easy way to manage your accounts, transfers and more from one place. Below are instructions to help you download the app and register:

  1. Download and open the mobile app for iOS | Android
  2. Select “Sign up now”
  3. Accept the disclosures tied to online banking and confirm your identity
  4. Enter a username and click “Continue”
  5. Enter the delivery method to receive your temporary password and click “Send Password”
  6. Enter your temporary password and your new password when prompted
  7. Follow the remaining prompts and requests to access your accounts
