Important Notice: Adjusted Branch Hours: In an effort to do our part in helping to flatten the curve of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to follow the recommendations from the Safer at Home order, we will be temporarily adjusting our normal branch hours.

Assistance for Members Affected by COVID-19: We are here to provide financial assistance to Members directly affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Banking Outside the Branch: We wanted to share these helpful tips on how you can best bank online safely and securely.

Skip-A-Pay: Update: Due to the high volume of Skip-A-Pay requests, this process is taking longer than anticipated.

Important Update: Safer at Home: Altura Credit Union wants to notify you that as an essential business we will be open during this time and will be implementing some additional precautions to help keep Members as safe as possible.

Skip-A-Pay: Options in Your Time of Need: Altura’s Skip-A-Pay product allows you to skip payments on the following loan types for one month.

If you haven’t signed up for our mobile app, it’s a super easy way to manage your accounts, transfers and more from one place. Below are instructions to help you download the app and register:

  1. Download and open the mobile app for iOS | Android
  2. Select “Sign up now”
  3. Accept the disclosures tied to online banking and confirm your identity
  4. Enter a username and click “Continue”
  5. Enter the delivery method to receive your temporary password and click “Send Password”
  6. Enter your temporary password and your new password when prompted
  7. Follow the remaining prompts and requests to access your accounts
